This course is a 2 year BTEC Pearsons Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Business.

Whilst studying this course, you will develop your ability to understand business issues from a range of perspectives, to analyse management problems and specify workable solutions.​

In year 1 you will cover a range of topics which help introduce the fundamentals of business along with the general global business environment. You will cover the key topics such as marketing process and planning, human resource management, leadership and management, accounting principles, managing a successful busniess project, Entrepreneurial ventures and recording financial transactions.

In year 2 you will cover key topics such as organisational behaviour, understanding and leading change, global business environment, business strategy, developing individuals, teams and organisations, planning for growth and completing a research project.

The course format is face to face and you will have a range of lectures, seminars, tutorials and independent study.

This course is based on coursework which consists of reports and presentations.

The course is a 2 year course and has the following 2 timetable options:

Leicester/London/Nottingham

Option 1: 2 days per week (weekdays) 10:00-17:00

Option 2: 2 Evenings per week + Saturday. 18:00-21:00 evenings and 10:00-17:00 Saturday.

Leeds, London, Manchester

Option: 2 Days per week.  09:45-14:15

The course fees are £6,000 per year which is financed by Student Finance.
